IT Specialist – APAC At Tecspal, we’re redefining how global teams connect through smart hardware and logistics solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an IT Specialist to support our operations across the APAC region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing technical support processes, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth communication and visibility across operations. Responsibilities: Provide hardware and software technical support Manage and resolve RMA tickets, including categorization and follow-up Coordinate with suppliers and external partners Track and register service movements Maintain up-to-date information in internal platforms Support general operational tasks as needed Requirements: Experience in hardware and software technical support Fluency in English Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of organization and task management Proactive mindset with strong ownership Ability to work collaboratively across teams Interest in technology and continuous learning If you’re looking to grow in a fast-paced, global environment and be part of a collaborative team — we’d love to meet you.
