Job Description

Ideal candidates will be based in Oregon We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist ! You'll join our Program Team in Portland, Oregon delivering program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon based non-profit client. In this role you’ll supporting a range of services speaking with customers and contractors through both phone and email in both English and Spanish on a variety of topics. Tasks include but are not limited to: Enters and maintains various database(s). Reviews contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements Maintains knowledge of company products, services, and customer service processes & procedures. Communicates and properly directs customers and contractors to resolve disputed rebate claim data. Provides expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance. Compensation

Range $48,800.00 - $66,300.00Currency USDType Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
