What You'll Do
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and solving real issues. What We're Looking For
Strong passion for technology, gaming, or high-performance PCs Ability to multitask effectively across multiple communication channels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong follow-through, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to resolve tickets quickly while maintaining customer satisfaction Confidence using AI tools like ChatGPT to support customers Typing speed of 40+ WPM High school diploma or equivalent Must reside within the United States Bonus Points 2–4 years of customer service or phone-based sales experience Experience with CRMs or customer service platforms Hands-on experience helping others build PCs or troubleshoot gaming setups Want to Stand Out?
