Sourcing Assistant (Talent Acquisition) Company: Kreato Global Location: Remote (LATAM) About the Role: At Kreato Global, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Assistant (Talent Acquisition) to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this entry-level role, you will be the engine behind our interpreter recruitment process. You will learn how to identify, attract, and manage top-tier freelance interpreter talent and ensure their journey from initial application to official onboarding is smooth, welcoming, and administratively flawless. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in Talent Acquisition and grow into a Recruiter or Talent Specialist over time. Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing & Pipelining: Actively source, review, and filter interpreter resumes using our JazzHR Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn, Indeed, ProZ, and other platforms. Build and categorize talent pools for high-demand languages so we always have a candidate pipeline ready. Interview Coordination: Conduct initial pre-filtering of applicants, manage first contact, and seamlessly coordinate interview scheduling via Calendly for our Recruitment Specialists and management. ATS Maintenance & Support: Maintain and organize candidate profiles in JazzHR, ensuring all notes, interview statuses, and contact data are updated in real-time. Act as the first point of contact for candidate inquiries through our recruitment inbox. Team Alignment: Work closely with our recruiters to thoroughly understand our current hiring needs, required languages, and ideal candidate profiles Onboarding Administration & Compliance: Manage the critical documentation process by preparing and sending independent contractor agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to newly onboarded interpreters. Follow up proactively to ensure all required documentation is signed and filed correctly before they start working. Candidate Experience & Internal Communication: Send "Welcome" emails congratulating candidates on officially becoming Kreato Interpreters. Act as a bridge between recruitment and operations, keeping the Quality Assurance (QA) and Training teams informed about new hires Reporting: Compile simple weekly reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., resumes reviewed, invitations sent, NDAs signed) to help measure team progress and hiring velocity. Requirements & Qualifications:Languages: Intermediate/Advanced English (B2-C1) and Native Spanish. Experience: Entry-level / Junior (0 to 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, or a junior HR/recruiting role). Tech-Savviness: Highly comfortable learning new software. Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with ATS platforms (like JazzHR) or scheduling tools (like Calendly) is a huge plus, but we are happy to train a quick learner. Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and accuracy skills. You will handle important contracts, NDAs, and data entry, so we need someone who doesn't let anything slip by. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. You know how to draft a professional, warm email and represent Kreato Global wonderfully to external candidates. Proactivity: A self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently, track down missing documents, and move forward without needing to be reminded. Industry Interest: Interest in the translation, localization, and interpreting industry.
