The Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a night and weekend shift. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier support to our clients, helping them set up their online shops, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any concerns they may have. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for customer satisfaction will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from clients
  • Helping clients set up their online shops, design products, and troubleshoot issues
  • Assisting clients with setting up their E-Commerce platforms
  • Troubleshooting issues with Printful Stores and E-Commerce platforms
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
