Your Role:
As a key player in our Valley Stream, NY Office (located just off the LRR), you will be ensuring a first-class experience for our clients. You will be handling corporate filings, lien research requests, and other orders from our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with our clients and addressing inquiries via phone and email
- Putting together quotes and processing orders
- Dealing with our fulfillment teams
- Providing crucial support in resolving client issues
- Handling a diverse workload and making this the perfect opportunity to learn and grow within our organization

- Strong writing skills and a command of the English language
