Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights for our internal training department, Southwest Airlines University. You will use advanced tools and techniques to combine data from various sources, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. Your expertise will help us measure the effectiveness of our training programs, identify areas for improvement, and inform business decisions that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Learning Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining advanced data analytics tools and techniques to support business decision-making
• Creating dashboards, presentations, and reports to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
• Collaborating with senior leaders to identify business needs and develop solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction
• Analyzing and mitigating risks associated with equipment and projects
• Applying advanced data cleaning strategies and tools, including Alteryx, Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights and support data and visualization requests
• Supporting escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers
• Gathering and interpreting requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings
• Identifying strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
• Understanding and estimating the effort and cost of a solution
• Working with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and techniques
• Performing other duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

• Ability to apply advanced tools and techniques to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems to systematically examine and weigh options to advocate solutions
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental targets and goals
• Self-starter with minimal supervision to perform assignments and projects
• Understanding of company policies (e.g., Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of SWA Culture
• Ability to work effectively independently or in a strong customer service and/or team environment
• Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required
• Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions
• Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations
• Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiences

Education

* Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

* Advanced level experience, fully functioning extensive expertise in: + Acquiring data using various tools, including: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets + Visualization and presentation experience

• Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
• Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)
