The Role

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing real-time, hands-on support to our customers. You'll be responsible for managing difficult customer situations, analyzing data, and using problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues. You'll also be part of a high-performing team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email

• Respond promptly and prioritize customer needs
• Solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience
• Analyze data and use stories and experience to complement data
• Identify and develop work flows and procedures to improve quality and efficiency
• Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner
• Gather and analyze information skillfully to develop alternative solutions
• Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders
• Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views
• Contribute to building a positive team environment, supporting team goals and objectives
• Treat people with respect, inspiring trust and supporting organizational values and goals with integrity

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
• Ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
• Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a logistics or delivery environment

• Knowledge of customer service software and systems
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to building a positive team culture
• Experience with data analysis and problem-solving
• Certification in customer service or a related field
