Job Description

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
• Deleting messages that violate our rules, including but not limited to:

+ Hate speech or discriminatory language + Harassment or bullying + Spam or self-promotion + Infringing on others' intellectual property

• Banning users who repeatedly violate our rules, after a thorough investigation and warning process.
• Muting users who have violated our rules, to prevent further disruption.
• Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking appropriate action.
• Collaborating with our team to develop and refine our community guidelines and rules.
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies and procedures, and adhering to our code of conduct.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team.
• Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately identify and address rule violations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in community management, conflict resolution, or a related field.

• Knowledge of arenaflex's services and products, including our computer programming courses and upcoming social media app and bank account.
• Familiarity with arenaflex's values and mission, and a passion for promoting equality and respect online.
