Job Summary

As a Remote Health Care Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers. You'll navigate multiple systems, manage a steady volume of incoming calls, and provide comprehensive solutions to complex healthcare-related issues. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help create positive experiences for our customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers

  • Navigate multiple systems to resolve customer issues
  • Provide comprehensive solutions to complex healthcare-related issues
  • Manage a steady volume of incoming calls while maintaining a distraction-free work environment
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or college degree

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Distraction-free work environment
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Equipment provided and must be hardwired (no Wi-Fi)
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Ability to complete a 3-week virtual training class (no missed days)

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer service experience (not required but a plus)

  • Experience working in a healthcare-related field
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
