Job Summary
We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Care team in a remote work-from-home capacity. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Employees work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. This role is fully remote, and we welcome applicants from across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assisting customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries
- Providing support for customer complaints and finding resolutions to issues in a timely manner
- Educating customers on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the internal system
- Collaborating with team members to enhance customer service effectiveness

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
