Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating personalized solutions that meet our customers' needs. You'll be responsible for understanding and staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and purchase options, as well as supporting your peers throughout the store. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service by seeking to understand customers' needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting products and services that meet their needs.

• Understand and proactively stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
• Support your peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge about arenaflex's products, services, and purchase options, and assisting in offering ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance, performing other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn.
• Demonstrate arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications

* Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.

• Reliable attendance, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
