Key Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for leading task groups of experts and partners, performing data gathering tasks, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading Task Groups:
Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Data Gathering and Analysis:
Perform data gathering tasks, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation, to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
Strategic Planning:
Develop strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement, including project planning, process improvement, and communication strategies.
Reporting and Presentations:
Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders, including data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of experts and partners, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
Bachelor's Degree:
A bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis, business administration, or a related field.
3+ Years of Experience:
3+ years of experience in data analysis, project management, and team leadership.
Data Analysis Skills:
Strong data analysis skills, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Project Management Skills:
Strong project management skills, including project planning, process improvement, and communication strategies.
Team Leadership Skills:
Strong team leadership skills, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
Store Insight and ASDS Experience:
Experience working in a retail or field environment, including ASDS experience.
Quantitative Skills:
Strong quantitative skills, including statistics and data analysis.
Critical Thinking:
Strong critical thinking skills, including problem-solving and decision-making.
Work Environment:
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll work in a comfortable indoor environment with minimal travel requirements (less than 10% of the time). You'll have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible work schedule.
