Job Description:
As a Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Account Creation:
You will be responsible for creating new accounts for our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
Claims Online Portal Registration:
You will assist clients in registering for online portals, providing them with a seamless experience.
Processing Claims Online Portal Tickets:
You will process tickets that come through the online portal, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
Help Desk Support:
You will provide IT help desk support to our clients, addressing their technical queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Backlog Processing:
You will help process new tickets that come through, ensuring that our clients receive prompt attention and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create new accounts for clients using ServiceNow and CyberArk
- Assist clients in registering for online portals
- Process claims online portal tickets
- Provide IT help desk support to clients
- Help process new tickets that come through
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:

2+ years of Account Creation experience:
You should have a proven track record of creating new accounts efficiently and accurately.
2+ years of Customer Service and IT Help Desk experience:
You should have experience in providing exceptional customer service and IT help desk support.
Healthcare Experience:
You should have experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field.
Ability to learn quickly:
You should be able to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly.
Detail Oriented:
You should be highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
High school diploma:
You should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

You should have experience using ServiceNow and CyberArk, or be willing to learn.
