Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist – Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage dispensing equipment. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve technical issues, perform routine maintenance, and provide top-notch service. Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on beverage dispensing equipment according to arenaflex standards

  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues with beverage dispensing equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on dispensing hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and professional in all interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and equipment, attending training sessions and workshops as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and ability to fix machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Adaptability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical services)

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical services or maintenance capacity
  • Familiarity with beverage dispensing equipment and software
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., HVAC, electrical)

* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving technical issues and providing top-notch support

  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
