Key Responsibilities

• Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and empathetic manner
• Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions and concerns
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and find creative solutions
• Providing product or service knowledge to customers, recognizing and applying arenaflex's values and principles
• Utilizing computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and data

What You Bring to the Role To succeed as a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Residency within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain arenaflex's offerings
• Computer experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
• High-speed internet access (> 40mbps)
