Job Description
As an Experienced Customer Service Consultant - Streaming Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of a global giant in the streaming media and entertainment industry. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your passion for movies, TV shows, and animated stories will shine through in your interactions with customers, building rapport and trust with each caller.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients of a global giant in the streaming media and entertainment industry
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build rapport and trust with each caller, using your passion for movies, TV shows, and animated stories to connect with customers
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to streaming services on phones, smart TVs, and other devices
- Use CRM applications to track customer interactions and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment, with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
- Experience with streaming, including basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, and other devices
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Technical support experience
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
