Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional customer care
- Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance the customer experience
- Working with our food program to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store appearance, both inside and out
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
- Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- A strong sales acumen, with a passion for selling products and services to customers
- The ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and offer suggestions to resolve issues
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
- Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer care
- A motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to learn and grow with arenaflex
- A willingness to learn and have fun, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
- Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with a strong emphasis on safety and ergonomics
