Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through email responses. This is a permanent part-time opportunity with flexible hours, offering a starting pay of up to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Submitting tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review.
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome of the Help Desk's response.
  • Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates on their issues.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status.
  • Collaborating with the Help Desk team to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer.
  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service through email responses.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
