Your Day-to-Day

As a Customer Account Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for building and developing relationships with our customers to ensure continued partnership and growth. You'll work closely with internal teams to solve challenging customer problems, leveraging our proven processes and innovative technology platform to manage shipments and exceed customer expectations. Your day-to-day will be filled with opportunities to learn and grow, from analyzing customer inquiries and providing quality and timely insights to identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous customer engagement experience
• Ability to travel up to 5% (domestically)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills
