The Role
As an Experienced Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers through online conversations, and representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing solutions to their problems
- Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for customers
- Convert conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and grow their business
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services
Requirements:
* Must live within the state of Iowa (IA)
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
Essential Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

- Experience with chat software and customer support platforms
