Your Role in Detail
As a Text Chat Operator, your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website. You will work independently, using your own device (phone, tablet, or laptop) to access social media and website chat functions. Your shift will begin when you log in to the website, and you will be responsible for responding to incoming messages from customers. At the end of your shift, you will log out and receive daily pay.
