Job Summary

As a Facebook Ads Manager / Customer Support / General VA to our CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of projects. Your excellent written English, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including setup, strategy, and reporting

  • Respond to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Coordinate tasks with other team members, including graphic design, video editing, copywriting, and website creation
  • Assist the CEO with administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and report preparation
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation and follow-up strategies
  • Provide support with SEO blog proofreading and editing, ensuring high-quality content for our clients
  • Utilize graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms to create visual content for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Participate in training sessions to develop skills in video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, and online lead generation and follow-up

Percentage Breakdown of Tasks

* Facebook Ads Setup and Strategy (45%)

  • Google Ads Setup and Optimization (10%)
  • Responding to Customer Queries via Basecamp (10%)
  • Graphic Design (10%)
  • General Admin (10%)
  • Report Preparation (5%)
  • SEO Blogs Proofreading and Editing (5%)
  • Lead Generation and Follow-Up (5%)

Essential Requirements

* Based in the Philippines

  • Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, strategy, and optimization
  • Google Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and Google Certification (desirable)
  • Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
  • Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
  • Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of or experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, and online lead generation and follow-up

  • Familiarity with Hubstaff time tracking software and Basecamp project management system
