Job Summary
As a remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and patient enrollment support to our patients and customers. You will work under direct supervision, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilize arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
- Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing.
- Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Resolve all data entry-related issues.
- Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary.
- Resolve Outsider Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
- Make phone calls to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Exceptions.
- Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
- Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
- Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days, and maintain a functioning expert permit or certification.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
- Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online).
- Essential web search tools skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
- Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally.
- 18 years old or older.
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
