Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and resolves the customer's issue.
- Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless escalation and resolution of complex issues.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
Schedule
Our part-time schedule is designed to fit around your life, with flexible hours that accommodate your needs. You'll work:
- Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
