Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to Live Chat Messages: You will be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to their customers.
  • Answering Customer Questions: You will need to be able to answer a wide range of customer questions, from simple queries to more complex issues.
  • Providing Sales Links and Discounts: You will be responsible for providing sales links and discounts to customers, as required by our clients.
  • Resolving Issues: You will need to be able to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our clients' products and services.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Device with Reliable Internet Connection: You will need to have a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with a reliable internet connection to access our clients' websites and social media accounts.
  • Ability to Work Independently: You will need to be able to work independently, managing your own schedule and prioritizing your tasks.
  • Ability to Follow Instructions: You will need to be able to closely follow provided steps and instructions, ensuring that you meet the required standards and performance metrics.
  • Availability: You will need to be available to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications
