Key Responsibilities:

As a Work from Home Retention/Sales Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in implementing retention strategies to encourage existing customers to stay or purchase alternate services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to retain their business and identify opportunities for growth
  • Implementing retention strategies to encourage customers to stay or purchase alternate services
  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborating with internal teams to share best practices and improve customer service

Computer Requirements:

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require the following computer specifications:

  • Operating System (OS): Windows 10 or higher (must be native & activated) OR MacOS (Latest version required & the Mac itself must be no more than 5 years old)
  • Processor: 2 Core processor needs a 2.0 GHz minimum clock speed OR 4 Core processor needs a 1.6 GHz minimum clock speed
  • RAM: 3GB or higher
  • Monitor Size: At least one 15 or larger monitor (more than one will make things easier)

Compensation and Benefits:

As a Work from Home Retention/Sales Customer Service Representative, you can expect a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • $12/hour starting the first day of training
  • Opportunities to earn commission and bonuses on top of your base pay
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) usage after 90 days for all employees - starts accruing on day 1
  • Benefits may also include (dependent upon employment status): medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k with matching!

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or retention environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong knowledge of sales and retention strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
