Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer interactions via inbound calls
  • Providing an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
  • Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and compassionate approach
  • Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Team player with a respectful attitude towards authority
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office
  • Strong social support system and ability to work from home
  • Autonomy and self-motivation to work independently
