Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions.
- Managing Inbound and Outbound Calls: Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, and take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue.
- Building Long-Term Relationships: Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers.
- Providing Technical Support: Help customers navigate pharmacy.amazon.com and resolve technical issues.
- Insurance and Shipping Support: Assist customers with insurance and copay questions, as well as shipping needs.
- Maintaining Customer Privacy and Safety: Adhere to arenaflex's Work From Home policy and maintain the highest standards of customer confidentiality.
Essential Qualifications
* Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and web-based platforms.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variable reduced hour schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
* Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
