Experienced Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Insights

Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for planning and executing data analysis cycles and projects related to various data sources. You will apply statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, and develop insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to communicate results and recommendations, and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute data analysis cycles and projects related to various data sources

• Apply statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Develop insights to inform business decisions, and communicate results to stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and implement recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and business intelligence

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis procedures and techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with data mining and predictive analytics
• Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Certification in data science or business intelligence, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Business Intelligence Analyst (CBIA)
