Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with clients to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Developing a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, including technical and client-facing aspects.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex services, driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, onboarding, and product development, to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Analyzing client feedback and providing actionable insights to inform product development and process improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and metrics to track client interactions, issue resolution rates, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex products and services.

What You'll Bring:

* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or computer science.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or IT environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving client satisfaction, and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, helpdesk tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with exploring and working with various customer support platforms, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, and LiveAgent.
