Job Summary

As a Cargo Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cargo services. You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions

• Process and manage cargo shipments, including booking, tracking, and resolving issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo operations
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Work a flexible schedule, including early morning and evening shifts, to accommodate flight schedules

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in freight cargo and warehouse operations

• Strong writing and computer skills
