Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Assistant to join our team. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Process incoming orders and returns: Accurately process and update orders and returns in our system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry: Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring that all necessary information is included and accurate.
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems: Review and enter data updates in our system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review discrepancies in data received: Review discrepancies in data received and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Organize monthly sales reporting: Organize and prepare monthly sales reporting, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform all other office tasks: Perform all other office tasks as required, including answering phones, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields: We are looking for individuals with previous experience in data entry or other related fields, such as customer service or administrative support.
  • Excellent typing skills: You will need to have excellent typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills: You will need to have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented: You will need to be deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and other related tools: You will need to be familiar with Microsoft Excel and other related tools, such as Word and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

While the following qualifications are not required, they are preferred:

  • Microsoft Excel experience: We prefer candidates with experience using Microsoft Excel, particularly in data entry and analysis.
  • High school or equivalent: We prefer candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type

This is a full-time remote position, with a regular 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
