Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including registering sales, handling returns, and processing voids
- Maintain accurate records and data, including patient and medication information, using arenaflex's pharmacy systems
- Assist pharmacists with tasks such as filling prescriptions, counting and pouring medications, and verifying medication accuracy
- Perform administrative tasks, including processing manual claims and handling customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
- 1+ year of experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including arenaflex's pharmacy systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues and make sound decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
* PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience working with arenaflex or in a similar retail or healthcare environment
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
- Experience with store stock control and inventory management
- Familiarity with arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and quality assurance
