Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help us drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, identify impacted subscribers, and collaborate with episode management, Business Operations, and trade designing to guarantee accuracy of our subscriber adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage admission and record information requirements connected with subscriber notification drives, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new information being gathered, and occurrence remediation (ensuring that the right clients get discounts when required).

• Develop questions based on required business rationale, sometimes legally committing, to determine precise partners of subscribers for notification or potentially remediation.
• Communicate business requirements to technical groups, and provide brief summaries of technical progress and potential roadblocks to business partners.
• Develop a solid understanding of subscriber adjustments and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information.
• Manage project planning and timelines and supervise cross-functional delivery to ensure status for significant business events.
• Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks.
• Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data breaches.

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline.

• 3+ years of scientific experience.
• Proven ability to convey technical or potentially logical ideas to a wide range of audiences.
• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages.
• Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
• Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in a scientific field.

* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis).

• Postgraduate education.
• Knowledge of Windstream.
