The Role

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and connecting clients with interpreters over the phone. Your passion for customer service, combined with your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

* Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone

  • Handle high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
  • Utilize strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to navigate our systems and tools
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations (due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we're currently working remotely, but anticipate a partial return to our Horsham office when it's safe to do so)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
  • Personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential

Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is not required, but a plus
