Key Responsibilities

  • Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat support
  • Collaborating with the claims coordination team to resolve customer inquiries and issues

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment
