Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service while shopping for their beloved pets. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a pet-related industry or customer service role
