Experienced Data Entry Representative – Remote Part-Time Opportunity

Job Summary

As a Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing general clerical and administrative support to our team. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Type a minimum of 45 words per minute with high accuracy

• 10-key by touch with ease
• Insert patient and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from hospital systems into our internal accounting system
• Edit and/or create PDF files or Excel files as needed
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files, which may include inquiries from hospital partners, patients, attorneys, or other agencies working with our patient population
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure the confidentiality and security of patient data
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and Exchange email required
• Excellent customer service skills, including being friendly, courteous, and helpful
• Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally, as well as interact in a professional manner with colleagues, patients, public, and client staff members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable home internet connection that meets arenaflex's upload and download speed criteria
