Job Overview
As an e-Fulfillment Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our online platforms and tools. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned by your team lead
- Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals
- Utilize online platforms and tools to streamline the filing process
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
