Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist – Latin America Region

The Role

As an Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be working with our highly skilled client success team to sell coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your primary objective will be to start authentic conversations that lead to sales, working closely with our teams to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

* Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)

• Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries (2 hours/day)
• Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
• Close sales and respond to active leads (1.5 hours/day)
• Manage and communicate with your team, including daily tasks and updates (30 minutes/day)

Requirements

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

• Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
• Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
• Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
• Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and being challenged daily

Pay and Benefits

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development

• Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
• Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
• Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
