Job Description
As a blended agent, you will be responsible for handling multiple client accounts, resolving customer service issues, and providing exceptional support through various channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple accounts
- Following a guided process and logging each call in arenaflex's Frontline Connection CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Gathering and verifying customer information and documenting it in the appropriate system
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless support and resolution
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations in a professional and empathetic manner
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Technical abilities sufficient to navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and support
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous call center experience, with a focus on customer service and support
- Previous experience working remotely, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work

Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be available to train on weekdays, with training taking place during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
- Have open availability 24/7 to work shifts within arenaflex's hours of operation
- Attend training sessions and meetings as scheduled
- Maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise
- Meet the technical requirements outlined below
Tech Requirements
To ensure success in this role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks)
- Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation)
- 8GB RAM (minimum) or 16GB RAM (preferred)
- Dual monitor setup
- High-quality USB headset
- Hardwired internet connection at all times
- Minimum internet speeds: 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
- Less than 20ms ping stability
- No Spectrum internet service provider
Pay and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Pay rate: $13.00-$15.00 hourly, depending on experience
