Job Summary

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for managing data entry transactions, performing office clerical duties, and maintaining excellent communication with various departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Report Assembly: Compile and assemble reports as required, utilizing industry software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various office clerical tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and other duties as assigned.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our team.

Experience and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Organizational and Prioritization Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision in data entry and report preparation.
  • Data Entry Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data entry, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
  • Office Clerk Experience: 1 year of experience in an office clerk role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Industry Software Experience: Familiarity with industry software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Physical Demands

As a remote worker, you'll need to be able to:

  • Organize Office Systems: Adjust, connect, lift, pull, push, bend, or fold office equipment and supplies to maintain proper records development and management.
  • Computer Use: Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation.
  • Physical Activity: Bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time, with occasional standing and walking.
