Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with customers daily and providing them with a personalized shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience
  • Running the register and cashiering with efficiency and accuracy
  • Making purchase suggestions and offering customers personalized recommendations
  • Working with our food program and providing customers with a seamless shopping experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable for this role:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a focus on sales and cashiering
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation to advance in your career, with a focus on learning and development
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, with a focus on growth and development

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to perform the following physical tasks:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
  • Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with a focus on eye-hand coordination
