Key Responsibilities

As an experienced data entry specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
• Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
• Designing and developing packages for internal clients
• Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
• Turning data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
• Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2-4+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
• Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
• Development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
• Development database languages, such as Transact SQL
• Database knowledge, including MS SQL Server

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
• Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures
• Database knowledge, including Hadoop, Oracle
• Development database languages, including Oracle PLSQL
• Crystal Reporting experience
