Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Quality Assurance and Process Improvement team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. Key Responsibilities:

* Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and quality

• Suggest and implement process/system improvements to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
• Collaborate with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
• Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes
• Develop and implement process improvement plans to achieve process goals
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)

• 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
