Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced data entry operator to join our team on a 3rd shift schedule (12:30 AM - 6:30 AM). As a data entry professional, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. Responsibilities

As a data entry operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately keying a minimum of 6,500 keystrokes per hour or typing 55 WPM with 1% or less error rate
• Maintaining knowledge of production processes in assigned area
• Proven commitment to timely and high-quality production output
• Establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with assigned team leader, work associates, and clients
• Understanding and carrying out oral and written directions
• Working in a smoke-free environment

Essential Functions

• Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Skills and Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field

• Excellent typing skills (55 WPM or higher)
• 10-key by touch
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy rates
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data processing software and systems

• Knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures
• Certification in data entry or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
