Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead a team of data analysts in investigating complex business problems and developing actionable insights to drive business growth. As a key member of our AppleCare Support team, you'll be responsible for driving business outcomes, developing and implementing data-driven strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of data analysts in investigating complex business problems and developing actionable insights to drive business growth

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business outcomes, including cost savings and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and data science
• Mentor and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge in business analytics and data science

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or related field
• Proven experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Python programming language (preferred)
• Familiarity with Apple's products and services (desired)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques

• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (desired)
