Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Actively Listening to Customers: Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' concerns and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and features that align with customers' needs and interests.
- Demonstrating Excellent Soft Skills: Providing a positive and courteous customer experience through excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Providing Information and Solutions: Providing customers with accurate and timely information about their current plans and products, as well as identifying and positioning new solutions that meet their needs.
- Navigating Multiple Computer Applications: Efficiently navigating multiple computer applications to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High-Speed Internet: A reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps.
- USB Wired Headset: A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
- Quiet and Secure Workspace: A quiet and secure workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
- Age and Education: Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
- Professional Attitude and Telephone Etiquette: A professional and positive attitude, with excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, with proficiency in navigating multiple applications and software systems.
- Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
