Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant Streaming Support - Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients of our streaming media and entertainment industry client
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to streaming services on phones, smart TVs, and other devices
- Demonstrating a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
- Utilizing basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Providing technical support and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment and utilizing multi-tasking skills to manage multiple applications simultaneously
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment
- Experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Technical support experience
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working with streaming services on phones, smart TVs, and other devices
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
